Welcome to SriAi (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using SriAi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use the Services.

  • By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful and personal purposes.

You are not allowed to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the app or its content.

  • Use the app in a way that harms the platform, users, or our system security.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

  • Any activity performed using your account credentials will be assumed to be done by you.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All app content (text, audio, meditation guidance, designs, training material, images, videos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to SriAi and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or recreate the content without written permission.

  • AI-generated responses are dynamically generated for informational and educational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

5. In-App Purchases / Subscriptions

  • Some features of the app may require payment through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions.

  • Pricing, duration, and benefits will be clearly displayed inside the app before purchase.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

  • Your App Store / Play Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before renewal begins.

Managing or Canceling Subscription

You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through:

  • Apple App Store: Settings ➝ Apple ID ➝ Subscriptions

  • Google Play Store: Play Store ➝ Profile ➝ Payments & Subscriptions ➝ Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Any refund requests must be processed directly through the App Store or Play Store, as we do not have the authority to reverse payments.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer (Required for wellness/meditation apps)

  • SriAi offers spiritual, meditation, and energy practices for well-being and personal growth.

  • AI-generated guidance is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • If you have a medical condition or mental health concerns, consult a licensed professional before using our app.

User assumes full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SriAi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid within the last 12 months for the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms, or

  • Your actions harm or risk the security of our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflicts of law.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms occasionally. When we update:

    • We will post updated Terms inside the app or on the website.

    • Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
